We were super chuffed to feature on BBC Morning Live. alongside our friends at The Wave.

I tried to articulate what being around water means to me for the film, but paddling, swimming and surfing have been part of my life for so long it’s kind of hard to pin down.

I wonder if it’s something about the power and enormity of water. How it takes us outside of ourselves, takes our minds off our worries?

If it’s true that rivers and lakes might be even more beneficial than green spaces, how do we ensure that everyone has access to them?

What do you think it is about water that’s particularly good for mental health?
