This one day course is for anyone looking to build on flat water SUP skills. You’ll learn how to safely explore Britain’s incredible coastline by paddleboard, gain confidence in rougher water and build understanding of journey planning on the sea.

Who can take part in the Introduction to Coastal Paddleboarding Course?

You should already be confident paddling on flat water and be able to perform a controlled capsize and self rescue.

How does the Introduction to Coastal Paddleboarding Course Work?

We’ll make the most of the stunning south-west coastline to build on your existing SUP skills during a coastal journey. By the end of the course you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to take on basic coastal journeys of your own.
