We’re looking for amazing SUP Instructors – freelance, part-time and full-time options available.
We are busiest towards the end of the week, and especially at weekends so we’d expect you to work most weekends, and have days off towards the start of the week. Contracts from May to October. We’d also love to hear from freelancers to fill full days over the summer. Pay is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. We’re a Living Wage Employer.
We’re looking for top notch leadership, group management and customer service skills above all else. Full site-specific training and sign-off will be provided. Ideally you’ll already be qualified with Paddle UK or equivalent (Open Water) but we can provide training in house for the right candidates if not.
