Lockdown SUP Yoga

Join the Water Skills Academy for weekly SUP yoga during lockdown. Sessions are hosted by SUP Bristol founder, top paddler and yoga teacher, Kate Ingham. All are welcome – no experience required.

Sessions run in two parts. First, each week she will lead you through a series of yoga postures, giving you a chance to stretch, strengthen and relax. You’ll focus on the muscles that work hardest on the water.

Second, over a series of weeks you will build a SUP yoga sequence, readying you for a full yoga flow to enjoy on the water.

Each session includes:

  • A new land based yoga session
  • Part of a SUP yoga sequence to build up over lockdown
  • Opportunity for Q & A with Kate, WSA trainer, owner of SUP Bristol and qualified yoga teacher
  • Access to a closed facebook group where you can ask questions, download a PDF of the sequences and catch up videos from the classes.

Time: 9.00-10.00
Price: £5 per week. You’ll be sent a unique zoom link on registration.
