Members SUP yoga sessions

Join for free as a SUP Bristol member and enjoy fun, regular SUP yoga on a Wednesday morning this summer

Take your yoga outside and off the mat on a Wednesday morning this summer. We are excited to offer our members the opportunity to come and try SUP yoga. Sessions will be a gentle introduction to yoga on the boards and a chance to ease into the day with some calm, friendly and fun yoga practice on the water. No experience of yoga necessary but you must have a valid SUP Bristol membership (from attending an intro session with us).

Like our other SUP sessions, these will be great fun and run by our qualified and experienced instructors. We start promptly so please be ready five minutes early, wearing gear for the water. Sessions are limited to ten people for your own safety and enjoyment.

If the conditions aren’t suitable for yoga we will head out for a normal paddle.

Sessions are available to book online two weeks in advance. Either pay-as-you-go or choose from 5, 10 and 25 session passes.

Booking conditions: You must have completed one of SUP Bristol’s harbourside adventure or taster sessions and joined us as a member. This is so we know you are confident both on a paddleboard and paddling in Bristol’s busy Floating Harbour.

If you are not yet a registered user of our site you can join us here for free as a member or through Move GB here. Anyone arriving at a members session without SUP Bristol experience will be refused access and fees cannot be refunded.
