Work the muscles you need for the water in our weekly sweat sessions. We are excited to be collaborating with Alpine Active to provide you inspiration for your home workout for the next few weeks. 

You don’t need to have squatted or planked before and you don’t need any workout kit to take part.  Lu will provide motivational circuit sessions with modifications for every fitness level. Her infectious energy will leave you feeling happier and healthier.

Join us on Zoom from 10 mins before the class start time.
If you’ve not used Zoom before it’s super easy. No sign-in/downloading required.
