We are licensed by the Adventurous Activity Licensing Authority (AALA) for stand up paddleboarding. This involves a rigorous audit of our processes, equipment and documents, together with a site visit.

Competent, qualified staff
We invest in the best staff in the business. We up-skill our team through a robust in-house staff training programme, meaning everyone is qualified and experienced above the level required for our area of operation. In-house training is delivered by our technical expert, Tim Trew, who is a provider of Water Skills Academy and British Canoeing coaching and guiding courses. Find out more about our staff here.
Our risk assessments are available to view at the link below, together with insurance and licenses, to enable you to do your own due diligence ahead of booking. Access to our password protected staff area can be requested if you’d like to see our operating processes, safeguarding arrangements or any other policies.
